My name is Ansel Troy. Proud Autism Dad and Oakland Native. I've been featured in Business Insider, The Wall Street Journal, Architectural Digest, USA Today, Travel & Leisure, etc. I'm just a blue collar guy who loves Tiny Homes.
A tiny house on wheels (THOW) is a compact, self-contained dwelling that is built on a trailer platform, allowing for mobility and flexibility. THOWs offer the benefits of a traditional tiny house, including minimalism, sustainability, and affordability, while providing the added advantage of being easily transportable. THOWs often feature clever design elements and creative storage solutions to make the most of the limited space, offering a practical and versatile housing option.
My goal is to help you make an informed decision about “Going Tiny.” I will help you look beyond the glitz presented by the TV shows, beyond the YouTube videos and into the reality of living tiny.
Sure, Tiny Houses are cute, but what about the real questions?
1. Water:
2. Sewage:
3. Electricity:
4. Heating and Cooling
5. Propane:
6. Internet and Communication:
7. Other Considerations: (parking, zoning, ect)
I currently offer in-person tiny house bootcamps and online consulting.
